Kaminkow is named chief innovation officer at Aristocrat Gaming.

 Joe Kaminkow has been appointed chief innovation officer, a new role at Aristocrat Gaming.

 Kaminkow will collaborate alongside teams from Aristocrat Gaming, Pixel United, and Anaxi under the direction of Matt Primmer, Aristocrat Gaming's chief product officer.  He will be in charge of promoting innovation across the board for the business, including new mobile game genres and gaming goods.

 The aristocracy is undergoing significant change at the moment.  In an effort to expand its capabilities in the online casino market, the company relaunched its online real-money gambling segment as Anaxi.

 This expansion, which also included an agreement to purchase UK-based igaming content provider Roxor Gaming, happened after Playtech stakeholders turned down Aristocrat's bid to purchase the tech behemoth.

 In 2013, Kaminkow began his career with Aristocrat Gaming, where he was named SVP of game development.  He was the chief creative officer at Zynga before this, where he developed a number of popular video games.

 In addition to having more than 130 patents, Kaminkow has created or contributed intellectual property to more than 1,500 games across several markets.
